Artists submitting music or comedy recordings for voter consideration on Eek!Illogical! retain their ownership of the materials, but give Eek! the right to post online, present for voting, and to make other use such as broadcast, publishing, live performance of the material. Eek! will not be liable for any harm, damage or misuse of artist submission by third parties or other foreseeable or unforeseeable circumstances.
Artists must submit their material with the following information:
Name, address, email and the 'animal' submission name, plus the names and roles of others contributing to the submission for the purposes of credit. Optional information artists may submit include phone number, bio, philosophy behind submission or other information artists wish to convey to Eek!
Artists may request to remain anonymous in relation to their online posted material; however, Eek! will not post submissions that do not provide the required information.
